I upgraded to an SSD and did a clean install of Windows I need to reinstall my copy of Office Professional Plus I got an email with the product key and instructions about using the Virtual Support Agent to get a link to reinstall.
Using the Virtual Support Agent I’m prompted for my product key and can enter that without problems. When I’m prompted for which solution I’d like to view I click on Edge and get a message that says “Sorry I didn’t understand, could you please try again;” however, there’s no place to type a response, clicking on Edge just continues the same response “please try again”. I try that multiple times but get the same response. Please advise what the solution is.

License transfers are not permitted. You may assign the software license to another computer or device in accordance with the above installation and use rights.
Anytime you assign the software license to a new computer or device, the software will no longer run on the prior computer or device. Stand-alone software acquired from a retailer. If you acquired the software from a retailer as stand-alone software, you may transfer the software to another device that belongs to you, but not more than one time every 90 days except due to hardware failure, in which case you may transfer sooner. You may also transfer the software to a device owned by someone else if i you are the first licensed user of the software and ii the new user agrees to the terms of this agreement.
Every time you transfer the software to a new device, you must remove the software from the prior device. You may not transfer the software to share licenses between devices.
I have not found a reliable method of transferring the license to a new account. There is a technique called using an “Alias” that MAY work. I have not received independent confirmation that it works and I don’t have a license to test it with! Thanks for the input Rohn.
The software was an “educator purchase” through my school directly through Microsoft. In an email from Microsoft this morning this is what I was told You can use a Virtual Support Agent English only to receive a link to download and reinstall the products listed above.
